Returns

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Email us at info@glimmershine.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products not caused by shipping or manufacturer defects.

  • Items returned without original packaging.
